Mary Coughlin

Mary’s career includes leading Fortune 500 HR organizations, notably in her ten years as a senior vice president, HR at Charles Schwab. She's been accountable for corporate-wide talent strategy, leadership and organizational development, talent acquisition, executive selection, succession planning, diversity and HR Business Partner teams. She's also held vice president of HR positions and director-level positions at Kaiser Permanente and Mervyn’s (a division of Target Stores). 

Mary excels at partnering with leaders to develop the talent strategies necessary to execute their business. With a focus on capitalizing on individual and team strengths, she helps leaders understand and lead their way through complex change initiatives to increase employee and customer satisfaction.

She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay.
